Redbridge

This community is truly a labor of love. This community came from a small local builder wanting to do the right thing by a piece of land, a portion of which had been originally farmed by their family. With an extremely small budget and no financial partners, the builder essentially risked everything for one shot at achieving something they had dreamed of for years, the ability to create a “place” that would withstand the test of time. This community features alleys, detached sidewalks, old-fashioned streetlights and acres upon acres of parks. The community is anchored by a general store where all neighbors go to pick up their mail, have coffee, or grab a loaf of bread. These homes had outstanding sales success and proved to be the most expensive new homes ever offered in this market. As the advertisements say, “Welcome home, we’ve been expecting you.”
